Mushroom Reich (Yazis) and Union of Kuupa Socialist Republics (UKSR) are in war. Rowser, the leader of UKSR, has kidnapped the leader of Mushroom Reich. The Yazis have asked help from their ally, The Kindom of Totti, to save their leader. Totti send their best agent, Supra Mairio and Loigi to save the Yazi leader.
